Buffalo Bill’s Resort: What to Expect

Buffalo Bill’s enjoys a unique location right on the border between Nevada and California, which makes it a popular stop for people making a road trip across state lines. Plus, it’s about 45 minutes away from Vegas by car. It’s part of the Primm Valley Resort chain, which includes two other top destinations. While they all have something unique to offer, Buffalo Bill’s is arguably the best. Use the content navigation tool to skip ahead to a later chapter and discover why.

Buffalo Bill’s Resort Casino Games

Earlier, we spoke a little bit about Primm Valley Resort, which is comprised of Whiskey Pete’s, Primm Valley, and Buffalo Bill’s. Of the three, the Buffalo Bill’s Resort games list is the most impressive. To start with, there are over 600 slot machines that come in a range of coin denominations starting from a penny. Plus, the selection is nice and varied, offering plenty of video slots, reel slots, and slots that simulate live table action.

To add to this, the Buffalo Bill’s Resort casino games catalog has a healthy selection of live table attractions. Traditional versions of poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps are available, as well as some fun, specialty versions. There are about 50 table games altogether spread across all three venues, with a nice selection housed here at Buffalo Bills. The atmosphere on the games floor is generally relaxed and welcoming, but there are competitive-level games and tournaments held from time to time, too.

All in all, we are very pleased with what the Buffalo Bill’s Resort games catalog has to offer. There aren’t thousands upon thousands of options available like at some of the bigger venues in Vegas, but the selection here is more than satisfactory and can provide sustained entertainment. All types of players will find something to enjoy here; even sports fans have a plethora of gaming options to choose from, but we’ll address this a little later on.

A-Play Sports Betting

At the moment, Buffalo Bills doesn’t have any online gaming services for the casino. So, unfortunately, you won’t be able to access any slots or table games once you leave the complex. We are sure the venue will look to make improvements in this area in the future, however, you can access the entire sportsbook on mobile and tablet using the A-Play app. Available on the Apple and GooglePlay store for the cost of absolutely zero, you can bet on sports from anywhere in Nevada and get access to exclusive offers!

Buffalo Bill’s Resort Promotions

The promotions on offer here are one of the key reasons why Buffalo Bills has grown to become one of the most favored casino-hotel complexes in the city. There’s always a healthy selection of deals and incentives to choose from here; whether you’re looking for a discount on the hotel, a dining facility, or are eager to take home a free prize, there’s always a promo or two to take advantage of.

Most often, the promotions that are available tend to be package deals that offer generous discounts on hotel rooms, entertainment tickets, and dining options. However, there are random prize draws from time to time, with cool gadgets, accessories, and more to giveaway. We especially like these types of promos as anyone and everyone can be a winner! To see what new, hot deals are upcoming, take a look at the promotions page on the official website.

No Loyalty Scheme at Present

At the time of writing, there were no loyalty benefits available at Buffalo Jacks. We were quite surprised to learn this: near enough every casino in the state worth its salt has at least a few benefits to offer regular customers. However, as it stands now, you’re best advised to look elsewhere. Saddle West is close by and has a great loyalty scheme that rewards regular players with free slot plays and discounts on meals and at the gift shop. To sign up, simply ask at the desk when you visit and the staff will be happy to assist.

William Hill Sportsbook

We mentioned the benefits of accessing the Buffalo Bill sportsbook via the A-Play app in the earlier sections. In addition to this, visitors are invited to hang out in the on-site sports lounge and watch and wager on a wide variety of sporting events. Open at the weekend from 8pm-11pm, it offers simulcast services, where you can wager on a vast selection of horse racing events, plus lots of unique markets and competitive odds for top-level team sports. If you’re a sports betting fan, it’s an absolute must-visit.

Outstanding Entertainment

Like us, all the serious gamers out there have come to expect a certain standard of service at hotel-casinos in Nevada. It’s not enough to only offer top-rate casino facilities: there has to be an entertainment package to go alongside. Fortunately, Buffalo Bill’s Resort events and entertainment is up there with the best. Learn all about the hotel and the non-gambling-related activities on offer in the upcoming sections.

Comfortable, Affordable Accommodation

The hotel here at Buffalo Bill’s offers a massive selection of comfortable, affordable accommodation options. Given that there are plenty of cool leisure facilities such as a spa, pool, and fitness center, we were surprised and, at the same time, thrilled to discover that entry-level rooms start from just $38 dollars during low season. The rates here rank among the most competitive in the area, ensuring that even gamblers traveling on a limited budget can hunker down for a nice stay.

Hotel Rooms 1242 + 15 suites

Pool: Outdoor pool & hot tub
Room Service: Available
Gym/Fitness Studio: Fitness center and spa

In addition to standard rooms, there are more upmarket options for visitors who are happy to loosen the purse strings a little. Room service is available for all guests, and all rooms come with Wi-Fi, cable TV, and sitting areas. If you’re traveling by car, the hotel is on the Interstate 15 — it’s right on the state line between Nevada and California less than a mile away from the big fashion outlet.

Buffalo Bill’s Resort Events and Attractions

Buffalo Bills have really pulled out all the stops to ensure there are lots of activities to explore outside of the games room. To start with, the venue has its very own arena known as the Star of the Desert. This 6000-seat plus stadium has featured line ups that can rival some of the internationally renowned venues in Vegas, with the likes of BB King, Chicago, Brookes & Dunne, and plenty more having graced the stage. In addition, there’s an on-site theme park, lots of dining areas, lounges and bars, and an official retail shopping partner in the vicinity. Great Gaming & Top Entertainment

We’ve made it down to the conclusion section of our Buffalo Bill’s Resort review, so it’s time for that all-important final verdict. Overall, we are very impressed with what we’ve seen here. The only area that’s somewhat disappointing is the lack of loyalty benefits for regulars. Aside from this though, the promotions, games selection, hotel, and entertainment make for an all-round top hotel-casino. See more casinos on our dedicated page!
